Welcome!

My heart has always been tender toward those who needed mentoring and a good “hug from a momma.” Listening to people share their stories is an honor, and it’s a calling I take very seriously.

My journey into coaching has been one filled with awe, inspiration, education, and personal healing. As I reflected on how God created our mind and nervous system, I fell more in love with Him and became passionate about helping others find their own freedom.

After graduating with a certificate in trauma-informed coaching with Freedom Academy, I’ve been able to sit with women of various ages and be a partner in their recovery from pain and the deep heartache of harm. What a joy to see women discover that their emotions are not going to hurt them, but instead, illuminate a way through the grief and sorrow that have kept them bound for years or even decades.

And I want that for YOU! Sitting together in the presence of the Lord will lead you toward deliverance.
