I help women uncover and process the painful parts of their story so they can live in true freedom—the kind Jesus created us for.

With more than 30 years of experience in mentoring and discipleship, I’ve come to believe that healing is possible, and God loves to restore what has been broken. It is a privilege to have walked alongside so many women seeking healing and transformation. With a B.A. in Psychology, certification as a trauma-informed coach, and years of mentoring, public speaking, and published writing, I bring a unique blend of insight, faith, and practical guidance to each session.

I’m also a speaker, writer, blogger, and mentor to college students—each role giving me opportunities to champion women toward wholeness, clarity, and confidence in Christ.

I’ve loved Jesus since I was eight years old, and my life has been a patchwork of grace, growth, and unexpected turns ever since. I’ve been married to the love of my life, Tony, since 1990. Together, we’ve raised three incredible daughters and now get to enjoy life with two wonderful sons-in-law and three darling grandsons. Being a wife, mother, and Grammie is my greatest joy!

Originally from Southern California, I now call Tennessee home, having moved there with Tony in July 2022. While I miss the ocean breeze, palm trees, and daily sightings of gorgeous peacocks in my front yard, I’m grateful for the slower pace, green hills, and the chance to build new roots here.

I love reading a good book, catching up with friends over coffee, cooking meals for my family, and hosting old-fashioned tea parties. When Tony and I can travel together, it’s the sweetest gift. And thanks to tech like Zoom and Marco Polo, I’m able to stay connected with friends and family across the country, because community matters deeply to me.
